Cost of shipping:

Purchases under $75 (before taxes) are subject to a 12% shipping fee.

Purchases over $75 (before taxes) are subject to FREE SHIPPING.

Continental USA customers are subject to a 20% shipping fee on all purchases before taxes.

*Boutique members receive priority shipping as an additional bonus for their valued patronage.

Method of shipping:

All of our orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.  Insurance up to $100 is included along with a tracking number.

The Scrapbook Boutique DOES NOT assume responsibility for lost or misdirected orders.

We ask that you confirm and make sure your address details correct when ordering.

Shipping Time Frame:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped by Canada Post within 5-6 business days. US shipping may take 6-10 business days.

Items out of stock:

If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock and we’re expecting delivery within a few days, your order will be held until our shipment of that product arrives.
